Dina Born in Forest Hills Queens and raised in the Queens area. However, she moved to Dix Hills Long Island before the conclusion of her junior year. There are two of her siblings: an older brother named Gregory and a younger brother named Evan. At the age of 9 until 16, she began working in the entertainment business by acting. She started her acting training at The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York in which she learned Sanford Meisner's acting techniques, in conjunction with Ron Stetson, for about three years. The other actors who received such instruction include Sandra Bullock, Michael Douglas, Jeff Goldblum, Leslie Nielsen, Diane Keaton, among other actors. Her first role was in Beverly Hills 90210 which forced her to make the move in Los Angeles. Within the following couple of months, she was offered the role of Johnny Mnemonic. For this film, she was the one responsible for almost all the stunts and showed herself to be an excellent actress. Through the agency for talent that was Matt LeBlanc that she was able score a recurring part on Friends.
